La Palapa Condos Rental Rates:
(Double garage with each condo)

A refundable deposit of $100.00 for first time renters is required.

Regular rental rate: Weekends
$125.00 per night for up to 6 people.

Sunday through Wednesday night $100.00

The condos have one Queen bed in each bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living room.

After booking a unit a $25.00 service fee will be charged for date or unit changes.
Weekly rental rates:
Pay for 6 nights and get the 7th free. ( Does not apply to Spring Break)

Holiday rental rates:
Spring Break
$175.00 per night for up to 6 people.
$200.00 Security deposit.
Each condo sleeps 6 people (Three Couples)

After booking a unit a $25.00 service fee will be charged for date or unit changes.

For these Holidays, a Security Guard is on the premises at
night and armbands are required.

La Palapa Casitas (studio) Rental Rates:

Regular rental rate:
$60.00 per night for a Queen bed, 2 people only. Book three nights and pay for only two. (Queens only & not on Holidays)

$70.00 per night for a King size bed. (Casitas 4 & 5 only)

After booking a unit a $25.00 service fee will be charged for date or unit changes.
Weekly rental rates:
Pay for 6 nights and get the 7th free. (Does not apply to Spring Break)

Holiday rental rates:
(Book three nights for two does not apply)
$60.00 per night for a Queen bed, 2 people.

$100.00 per night for a King bed, 2 people.
$100.00 Security deposit.

Security Deposit and Rental Fees must be paid in full, one week before arrival!

Rental Policies for La Palapa Condos & La Palapa Casitas:
Check in time is 3:00 PM. If you are planning on coming earlier, just check with Les or Pat to see if it will be ready earlier.

Check out time is 12:00 PM. If there is no one coming in for the next day, you can stay a little longer but you must let Les or Pat know.

Deposits for rent are not returnable!  If notice of cancellation is given 10 days or more in advance, a credit will be issued for your next visit.  This credit can be used within one year of your original reservation.  A fee of $100.00 per Condo or Casita will be applied for Cancellations made less than 10 days in advance.

No Fireworks allowed on premises.
Please, no Pets allowed!
If you bring them you will be turned away and no deposits or rent will be returned.
